Shipping & Delivery Policy

We currently offer delivery across Saudi Arabia through our fulfillment and delivery partners.

Delivery Time

Orders are normally delivered within 3–5 business days after the order has been confirmed.

Delivery times may occasionally vary due to circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, incorrect delivery information, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fee

The standard shipping and fulfillment charge within Saudi Arabia is 30 SAR per order for orders up to 3 kg.

Any applicable shipping charge will be shown during checkout.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders in Saudi Arabia.

For COD orders, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before it is dispatched.

Please provide an active phone number and accurate delivery address when placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided to you so that you can follow your shipment.

Failed Delivery or Refused Orders

If delivery cannot be completed after delivery attempts because the customer cannot be reached, provides incorrect delivery information, or refuses to receive the order, the order may be cancelled and a 10 SAR return/delivery charge may apply.

To avoid delivery problems, please make sure that your phone number and delivery address are correct and that you are available to receive your order.

• District/area

• Complete delivery address

RoyaMart is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
